We’re able to cut and compound aluminium extrusions with achievable tolerances of down to +/- 0.10 degrees. We can also offer tighter tolerances if needed, using increased inspection and gauging jigs to ensure further precision.

Once a component or profile has been cut, we can remove any rough or sharp edges with our vibro deburring services, offering you and your customers enhanced levels of safety, and helping to prevent any damage to your items during transit.
