Our aluminium die casting service

What is aluminium die casting?

Aluminium die casting is a fast and highly repeatable casting process that’s ideal for creating high volumes of components, using aluminium, other non-ferrous alloys, or plastic.

Aluminium die casting involves molten material being poured into a mould (or ‘die’), where it fills the space and takes on that shape as it cools and hardens. Once the component has cooled sufficiently, the die is opened and the part is released.

We work with a number of experts in casting and moulding to create bespoke dies for your projects. We have access to a wide range of different casting and moulding processes, including die casting, sand casting, and plastic injection moulding. Each method has its own particular benefits, and our technical specialists can advise you on which is best suited to your project, saving you time, effort and money.

Our turnkey services mean we're also able to fit your cast components into an assembly, offering you a complete solution that's all project managed on your behalf.
