What kind of oven do you use for powder coating?

We use two kinds of ovens in our powder coating process. Firstly, the items are placed in an infra-red oven that carries out about 60% of the curing process. We then move the items onto the box oven, which heats them to around 200°C for up to 15 minutes.

This process effectively melts the powder to form a smooth, uniform finish on the substrate. When it cools, it forms a hard-wearing and attractive surface.
