In this video we are working on a part of a large outdoor construction. Prior to deburing by hand which this video shows, we have extruded the aluminium, anodised it to exterior grade, mitre cut to size and CNC machined it to the customer specification. Once deburred the items will be tested and inspected by our quality control department prior be suitably packaged for delivery. As the building uses cloth material in its construction it is essential that there are absolutely no sharp edges to damage the material, which is why our experts finish by hand.
