Significantly increasing operational capacity, the investment shall enhance and complement our comprehensive range of aluminium services. Our facilities can now routinely deliver high production cutting services inline with our installations advanced capabilities:
- High precision cutting for round materials 13-300mm in diameter
- Maximum material dimension 300mm x 600mm (thickness x width)
- Straightness, parallelism, and positioning tolerance: +/- 0.08mm
- Vertical squareness per inch of thickness: +/- 0.01mm
- Horizontal squareness per foot from corner: +/- 0.05mm
The Metlsaw investment shall enable the business to expand and venture into previously untapped markets; Edmo are now poised to offer precision, free-issue recutting services, alongside our suite of aluminium services to our customers.
