Q1:

Yes. We offer a turnkey aluminium extrusion and fabrication solution, taking projects from the design and concept stages through bespoke extrusion, fabrication, finishing, assembly, stock holding and delivery. If you would like us to manage your entire project from start to finish, we’re happy to do so: simply contact us to discuss your requirements, and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Q2:

We know how important quality control is to our customers, and their customers in turn. We’ve been delivering top quality extrusion and fabrication solutions to our customers since the 1970s, and we’ve got a stringent quality control procedure in place at every step of every project. Our technical team monitor activity in-house and with our trusted supply partners (who are carefully assessed before being approved to work with us), and carry out regular inspections and audits to ensure we’re always getting the best results. We’re also ISO 9001:2015 accredited for quality management, which means we’ve been independently assessed to make sure you get the best quality extrusion fabrication solutions, and the best levels of customer care.

Q3:

At the start of every project we undertake, we map out a timeline of key points, so you can see what’s happening and when. Every detail of your project will be fully documented, and your designated point of contact will always be on hand to answer any questions you might have. Our account managers are all well versed in the work we undertake, so you’ll get knowledgeable responses to your queries, and if there’s something we can’t tell you straight away over phone or email, we’ll get a member of the technical team to get back to you with an answer.

Q4:

Project management is something we’re very good at - we’ve been in the aluminium extrusion and fabrication business long enough to know how long operations should take, and what kinds of snags we might hit along the way: we always factor in the possibility of challenges occurring, and we try never to over-promise on a project. We’re proud to achieve a 99% on-time delivery (OTD) on our aluminium extrusion and fabrication projects, which comes as a result of our stringent reporting schedule during every project. If things do fall behind, we’ll let you know and do our best to catch up.

Q5:

Absolutely: we work with an established, global network of extrusion fabrication specialists, whose extensive capabilities enable us to offer turnkey extrusion fabrication and finishing solutions to our customers. We have an in-house assembly facility here at our premises in Ross-on-Wye, where we can put together complete items according to your specifications. If you need us to source components on your behalf, and these components are from foreign suppliers, we’re happy to do that. One point we should make is that we will always advise on whether we think the items you’re asking us to source will work appropriately for your intended application. If we don’t think they’ll suit, or we’re unable to work with them for some reason, we’ll always let you know and offer an alternative.

Q6:

Yes. We have a number of representatives located around the UK, so we can easily send someone to talk about the aluminium extrusion solutions we can offer you. Our sales reps are fully versed in the technical processes we and our supply partners undertake, and will be able to answer any questions you might have about our services. To arrange a visit at your convenience, please call or email our main sales office with details of anything in particular you’d like to know - that way, we can prepare information and/or samples in advance.
